Anthro Convergence is an experience and event design studio led by Ady Sukkar Kayrouz, drawing on more than twenty-five years of work across education, leadership development, organizational transformation, systems change and human-centered design. Our work spans sectors, industries, cultures, and continents, partnering with foundations, universities, nonprofits, public institutions, corporations, communities and mission-driven organizations to design experiences that bring people together around what matters most.

We specialize in designing experiences that move beyond information sharing to create the conditions for trust, collaboration, insight, and sustained engagement. Whether convening global leaders, cross-sector networks, educators, professionals innovators, or teams, our focus remains the same: creating experiences that generate lasting value, build communities, and responsibly contribute to work that extends beyond the event itself. We design for the moments that matter, and for the relationships, ideas, communities, and legacies that shape our collective future.
